Hello journeyman carpenter looking to do big or small jobs, at 40$ per hour (with a 3 hour minimum)

Carpentry, sheetrock and repair, window install/fix or replace, doors/security/interior/exterior/pocket door/track, cabinets, countertops, stairs, stucco repairs.


sheds, laminated flooring, decks, roof repairs, trim/baseboards, minor electrical/ceiling fans, minor plumbing/new faucet/garbage disposal/vanity,

washer-dryer hookups, custom gates and custom furniture (give me a picture or plans and I can build it), shelves installed,
attic access ladders, the list goes on and on........

If it is wood I can do almost anything.

I can do an immaculate job or a quick in-and-out job. according to your needs.

I use to possess a GB98 lic. for 10 years. (divorced is why I do not have my license/company).
