What you'll do:
Help families sign up for community solar — a program that saves them 10-30% on their PNM electric bill. No cost to the customer. No installation. You're literally saving people money.
What you'll earn:
- $25 per qualified deal — paid weekly every Friday
- Full commission paid twice monthly
- Average reps take home $4,000-$6,000/month
- Your customers get $100-$200 cash incentives — makes closing easy
What we're looking for:
- Reliable and show up every day
- Comfortable talking to people
- Own transportation
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required
This is NOT a call center job. You'll be in the field — door-to-door, events, retail locations — face to face with real people in your community.
