You can check what FPS this rig will get with your favorite games on the pcgamecheck or can-i-run-it websites, but you'll have no problem streaming at 1080p or playing games like Elden Ring, The Witcher 3, or Cyberpunk 2077.
My price is firm and I'm not interested in selling parts or separating the bundle. The PC is getting older now and there are 2 minor cosmetic imperfections on the case, but I believe the price is more than fair for this setup. (Feel free to check PCPricer or other websites to verify.)
