A Value Added Re-seller of IT products and services to the Federal Government located in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an additional IT Help Desk member to service the needs of the the entire staff. If you love assisting with set up, answering technical questions, researching problems, troubleshooting, this is the place for you!
Duties include but are not limited to setting up work stations for new employees, setting up email/Outlook accounts, setting up login and passwords for new users, troubleshooting, training existing staff members on changes taking place, assisting the IT Coordinator with in-house projects and much more. Must be flexible to constant change, customer service savvy, respectful and responsive and willing to grow and change with the company.
Salary is doe, full time and 8am to 5pm M-F. Full health, dental, vision and other benefits provided.
