Brand new, still in the box, never been used. You can register the warranty in your name. It came as a package deal with a much larger metal saw that I bought and didn't think I would ever use this one.

Evolution Cordless R185CMS-Li 7-1/4 in Compound Miter Saw. Multi material blade cuts steel, non ferrous metal, wood, wood with nails and plastic. Comes with 20V Li-Ion EXT battery and a charger.
