Unlike standard engine drives that just do Stick welding, this unit is set up for AC/DC TIG, making it fully capable of field-welding Aluminum and Stainless Steel.
The Setup Includes:
1. The Welder: Miller Trailblazer 250G
Process: CC/CV (Constant Current / Constant Voltage).
Capabilities: Stick, TIG, and MIG (MIG requires separate wire feeder).
Output: AC and DC welding output.
Generator: 4,000 Watt auxiliary power (120V/240V) to run grinders, lights, and tools.
Engine: Onan Performer 20XSL (20HP) Gasoline Engine. Runs strong.
Hours: 150 hours.
2. The TIG Unit: Miller HF-251D-1 (Mounted on top)
This add-on unit allows for High-Frequency arc starting (non-contact).
Crucial Feature: Has "Continuous HF" setting, allowing this rig to TIG weld ALUMINUM (which requires AC power + Continuous HF).
Includes gas solenoid for argon control.
3. Trailer & Accessories
Mounted on a sturdy, single-axle utility trailer with fenders and jack.
Tires are in Good condition.
Includes welding leads and TIG torch shown in photos.
Condition: The machine has been stored indoors and is in clean shape. It is not a beat-up construction site unit. It starts, runs, and welds as it should.
