Apprentice Electricians Needed - Greater Albuquerque, NM Area

Workify Staffing is currently seeking motivated Apprentice Electricians with 2+ years of experience for a large, long-term commercial project in the Greater Albuquerque area.

This is an excellent opportunity for electricians looking to build their careers while working on a high-profile prevailing wage project. Candidates who are not currently enrolled in an apprenticeship program will be enrolled through our approved apprenticeship pathway.

Compensation:
Prevailing Wage based on Apprentice Classification
Base Rate: $35.20/hr
Fringe: $12.56/hr
Pay percentage is determined by your current apprentice level.

Responsibilities

• Assist Journeyman Electricians with commercial electrical installations
• Install conduit, wire, cable trays, boxes, devices, and electrical equipment
• Read and follow blueprints, specifications, and jobsite instructions
• Maintain tools, materials, and a clean work area
• Follow all safety policies and OSHA requirements
• Work effectively as part of a team while developing electrical trade skills

Requirements

• Commercial electrical experience preferred
• Ability to work in a construction environment and perform physical job duties
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety
• Ability to follow direction and work well with a team
• Reliable transportation

Required Credentials & Screening

• 2+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
• 7-Year Federal Background Check
• Passing Drug Screen (7-panel minimum)
• Valid JME License
• Valid Real-ID Driver's License
• OSHA 10 Certification
