We are seeking a motivated and reliable Apprentice / General Laborer to join our team. This entry-level role offers hands-on training, career growth, and the opportunity to learn a valuable trade from experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare sites: Clear debris, set up tools, and organize materials.
Assist tradespeople: Help HVAC/Plumbing Technicians as directed.
Operate tools: Use hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery safely.
Load materials: Move heavy supplies, equipment, and debris daily.
Maintain safety: Follow all OSHA regulations and keep worksites clean.
Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 1-2 years of experience required; we will train you.
Physical stamina: Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs regularly.
Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctual daily attendance.
Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
