Immediate Onboarding: GB-98 Qualifying Party Roles
We are opening a professional residential/commercial repair, maintenance, and improvement franchise in Albuquerque.
Position 1: Qualifying Party (QP) – Low Time Commitment
Serve as licensed Qualifying Party. Ideal for someone who wants passive income with minimal involvement.
Compensation: ramping pay schedule starting at $1,000 up to $2500/month based on experience and involvement.
Position 2: Licensed QP + Lead Handyman
Combine the GB-98 Qualifying Party role with field leadership. You will serve as the licensed QP while also working hands-on as the lead technician for small to mid-level residential and commercial repairs and projects.
Pay range: $30.00 – $37.50 per hour + agreed-upon license stipend.
Compensation is dependent on handyman experience plus skills in carpentry, door installation, stucco repair, painting, and drywall.
Opportunity for growth into an Operations Manager role.
Requirements for both positions:
Current, active GB-98 license in good standing with NM CID (must provide license number for immediate verification)
License cannot be currently attached to any other business entity, or candidate must be willing to transfer the license.
