Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all phases of construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and teams to deliver high-quality projects safely and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to finish
Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel
Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines
Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts
Manage project costs, track expenses, and approve invoices
Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and team members
Identify and resolve issues, risks, and delays efficiently
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager (minimum 5 years preferred)
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing residential, commercial, or industrial projects
OSHA certification or other safety training
PMP certification or equivalent
Experience with budgeting, estimating, and cost control
