Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various welding techniques and a strong commitment to quality and safety. This role involves fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and components according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform welding using MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Cored methods as required
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Cut, fit, and assemble metal components
Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Repair and modify existing structures or equipment as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a welder (minimum [X] years preferred)
Proficiency in one or more welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Physical stamina and ability to work in various conditions
