We ordered this office direct from Palomar Modular back in 2021. It has never been installed nor occupied. We ran into some zoning issues where we intended on installing it at and ultimately decided not to continue with the project.
This unit comes with a full engineered packet from the factory with New Mexico engineer stamps, CID approved labels, etc.
* The trailer measures 12' (11' 10" wide) x 40' long
* Has two office rooms, ADA compliant entry door, restroom, etc. electric water heater, walk in shower.
* The unit does not have an HVAC system, it was designed to have a mini-split heat pump installed on site (not-included) There is a service disconnect provided for the HVAC on the side of the building (see pic).
Perfect for use as a an on-site security building, construction yard, Auto Dealership, etc.
