17’ fully contained “couples’ trailer” (20' with tongue) equipped to go off grid. 52-gallon fresh water tank and two 35-gallon tanks for gray water and black water. Tires are Wrangler all terrain by Goodyear. Includes break controller and TPS. Inside is a full-size walk-around bed. Kitchen has 2-burner stove, sink, microwave, overhead vent and a 4.5 cu ft double door refrigerator/freezer. Small dinette can be made into a child-size bed. Three-quarter bath has “hot water on demand,” sink, toilet, and nice size shower, along with medicine cabinet, storage, exhaust vent, and sky light. A 15,000 btu A/C keeps the inside comfortable in hot weather. Lots of large windows offer plenty of light. Outside has an 8’ foot power awning with “LED” lights, an outdoor griddle, dual LP tanks with cover, a 200w solar panel on the roof and an outdoor shower. Bluetooth wireless speaker can be used inside or out. No TV but is wired for antenna and cable hookups. Steps fold up into trailer. There is plenty of storage under trailer as well as inside. Includes front bike rack, spare tire, fire extinguisher, and chocks. At 7’ wide and 3,000 lbs., this trailer is perfect for a regular size truck or SUV to pull. Very clean, used once.
