Evening & Weekend Sweeps | 1099-NEC Contractor Position
We're looking for dependable **independent contract drivers** to handle evening and weekend routes.
-Sweep Start: 7:00 PM
Most sweeps run until approximately 1:00 AM, though some nights may exceed six hours depending on delivery volume. Your sweep ends when your last delivery is completed—once the final bag is dropped, you're done for the night and on your own time.
-Delivery Area: Routes cover locations throughout New Mexico
-Compensation
* 60% minimum revenue share per delivery
* The farther the delivery, the better the pay.
* Weekly earnings vary based on the number and distance of deliveries completed.
-Driver Support
We understand that cash flow can be important for contractors. **Gas loans and pay advances** are available based on completed work and earnings.
-Vehicle Recommendations
**While any reliable, properly insured vehicle can meet the job requirements, we recommend fuel-efficient vehicles with adequate cargo space, such as:**
* Toyota Prius
* Toyota RAV4
* Hyundai Ioniq
* Other 2010 or newer vehicles averaging **20+ MPG** with decent cargo capacity
Hybrid or small-engine vehicles typically provide the best operating costs for this work.

* Dependable, punctual, and professional
* Ability to work evenings and weekends
* Must be able to pass a background check required by the Albuquerque International Sunport
This is an **independent contractor (1099-NEC)** position. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, vehicle expenses, and insurance.
