I am looking for 300 to 400 or so, maybe more, depending in price, red cinder landscaping or construction bricks, these would be the longer, landscaping/architectural type, 11-1/2" long x 3-3/4" wide x 1-3/4" thick (LOOK at the photos), from the 1950s to early 1960s and older, NOT the modern variety which usually measure 7" to 8" long by about 3-1/2" wide and about 2" thick.... The older bricks described are the ones I want as long as they are in decent shape.... People used to use these bricks in landscaping planters around houses.... I need these bricks to complete the landscaping project my father started before he passed away... I am very serious about this search. A year or so back I found some of these old bricks in Santa Fe, on Craigslist, but that doofus dork sold them out from under me....
I have a pick-up truck so I can come and get them as well as load them myself...
If you have some of these red bricks hanging around, and are willing to part with them, or want them gone...
PLEASE look at the photos and dimensions.. Do NOT call me with 7" to 8" modern construction bricks...!! Unless you are giving them away... I do not need those...!!! Please CALL Me between 9AM to 9PM MDT, let it ring twice hang-up and wait a minute and call back, that way I'll know it's a Craigslist call and not some bozo trying to sell me a timeshare or something - I'll pick up, otherwise leave a message if I'm not here when you call, or email me through Craigslist. I don't have lots of money, but would be totally willing to pay a reasonable price... E male photos to roswellarmyairfield at g-male dot com ...NO TEXTS..!! (It's a landline!)
