Stolen 86 Z28 (Clines Corners)

Red and Gold 1986 Z28 Camaro stolen on 12/5. If you bought my car from Scott Wickham and Shirley Wickham in Moriarty, They stole it and I am the title owner. VIN# 1G1FP87HXGL106845 Torrance County Police had basically told me they can't do anything because of my situation with them and I'd have to take them to court. If anyone sees my car, please tell me. Or if you know anyone who has it and can help me legally pursue them with little to zero cost, It would be appreciated.
